Product Description:

High-Tack Transfer Tape in a 2.0-mil (8869-2PET) low-profile thicknesses, the product features a solvent-free permanent acrylic adhesive that is pH-neutral to avoid yellowing and offers added firmness for ease in handling, die-cutting and finishing. Excellent conformability to rough or uneven surfaces and is ideal for indoor or outdoor fixture, sign and panel applications, including nameplate and face mounting applications.

8869 bonds well to substrates such as acrylic, Sintra®, White Styrene, Dibond®, low-surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder-coated and low-VOC painted surfaces, felt and fabric. This transfer adhesives are supported by a 72# poly-coated Kraft liner.

Description

8869 – Industrial Tape is a double-sided 2-mil thick film of high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. The adhesive is pH-neutral to Avoid Yellowing, protected by 2 polyester release liners, a 1.2 mil clear easy release liner, and a 2 mil clear PET functional liner. This product is designed for general purpose applications that require a good combination of tack and shear.

8869 – offers added firmness for ease in handling, die-cutting and finishing. Excellent conformability to rough or uneven surfaces and is ideal for indoor or outdoor fixture, sign and panel applications, including nameplate and face mounting.
